Cheese Souffle Casserole

Recipe Ingredients

4   Eggs
8   Bread - crust removed
8 oz 227gCheddar, Swiss or American cheese - grated
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozCooked, chopped meat or shrimp - (optional)
1 cup 237mlLight cream or milk
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1 tablespoon 15mlParsley
  Paprika - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Lightly grease crockpot. Alternate layers of bread and cheese, and if desired, meat. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and parsley. Pour over bread and cheese in crockpot. Sprinkle top with paprika. Cover and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes, then turn to LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
