Beef Hash (Crockpot)

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 125g / 4.4ozCut-up cooked beef - (to 3 cups)
  (cubed stew beef works well for this)
2   Frozen hash brown potatoes - (10 oz ea) - thawed
1   Onion - finely chopped
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozButter or margarine - melted
1 cup 237mlGravy or beef broth
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in crock-pot. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 6 to 8 hours (on HIGH setting for 2 to 3 hours).

This recipe yields 4 servings (about 1 1/2 quarts). Double the recipe for a 5-quart crockpot.
