1 tablespoon | 15ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Potatoes - peeled (medium) |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Carrots - pared, cubed (medium) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cornstarch - (optional) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
Mix all ingredients at cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
