2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Fatty ground pork |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Fatty ground beef |
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Onions - chopped fine (small) |
1/4 | Garlic head - chopped fine | |
2 1/2 teaspoons | 12ml | Cayenne pepper |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Paprika |
3 | Bay leaves - crumbled | |
5 teaspoons | 25ml | Salt |
5 teaspoons | 25ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Parsley flakes |
5 teaspoons | 25ml | Chili powder |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water - (to 1) |
Mix all ingredients together blending seasonings and spices throughout meats. Add water to moisten sausage to tender consistency.
Form into patties. Grill or fry in a pan until cooked through. Leftover patties freeze very well.
