1 | Your favorite margarita mix | |
Pico De Gallo | ||
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Red onion diced |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Diced tomato |
1 | Jalapeño diced | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Red pepper diced |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Green pepper - diced |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Cilantro - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Champagne vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarita mix |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Place chicken in a bowl, add margarita mix and marinade for 24 hours.
Place chicken on grill for two minutes, then turn a 1/4 turn and grill two more minutes. Turn over and repeat.
Place on bun and top with Pico de Gallo.
Pico de Gallo: Place all of the Pico de Gallo ingredients in a bowl and toss gently.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
