1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Sliced green onions |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Tomatoes - peeled and diced (large) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh basil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Coarse ground black pepper |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Angel hair pasta - uncooked |
Grated parmesan cheese | ||

In large skillet, heat oil. Add garlic and green onions, stir-fry for one minute. Stir in tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss tomato mixture with hot pasta, adding any cooked meats at this time. Serve immediately. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate leftovers.
