Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozSalmon filet
1 oz 28gGreen onions
2 oz 56gQuartered mushrooms
1 teaspoon 5mlOlive oil
3 oz 85gButter
1   Garlic clove - shaved
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
1 oz 28gBasil - sliced
1 oz 28gPastis

Recipe Instructions

Place oil and butter into a sauce pan or square pan and melt over heat. Add mushrooms, green onions, and garlic; saute for five minutes. Add pastis and reduce for five minutes.

Add salmon and half of basil and cook until the salmon is done. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve with beurre blanc or fish sauce.
