1 teaspoon | 5ml | Processed garlic |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Crushed red pepper |
2 oz | 56g | Crawfish tails |

3 oz | 85g | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Grated Parmesan cheese |
4 oz | 113g | Diced tomatoes |
10 oz | 284g | Fettucine pasta |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Crushed basil |
2 oz | 56g | Olive oil |
Saute crawfish tails and shrimp. Cook for 1 minute. Add vegetables and spices. Stir to make sure shrimp and crawfish do not stick. Add tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
Add precooked fettucine pasta to warm water. Drain.
Add drained pasta to saucepan and stir. Pour on plate and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
