Copeland's Of New Orleans' Pasta Primavera

Recipe Ingredients

5   Broccoli
4 oz 113gPurple onion
4 oz 113gSliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon 5mlProcessed garlic
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCrushed red pepper
2 oz 56gCrawfish tails
12   Shrimp
3 oz 85gOlive oil
2 tablespoons 30mlGrated Parmesan cheese
4 oz 113gDiced tomatoes
10 oz 284gFettucine pasta
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCrushed basil
2 oz 56gOlive oil

Recipe Instructions

Saute crawfish tails and shrimp. Cook for 1 minute. Add vegetables and spices. Stir to make sure shrimp and crawfish do not stick. Add tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.

Add precooked fettucine pasta to warm water. Drain.

Add drained pasta to saucepan and stir. Pour on plate and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
