Olive Garden's Scallopine Romana

1 lb 454g / 16ozVeal scaloppini
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozFlour
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozButter
6 tablespoons 90mlWhite wine
1/2 tablespoon 7.5mlChopped fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons 30mlTomatoes - diced (medium)
  Salt - to taste
8 oz 227gBlanched green beans
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
2 oz 56gShaved Parmesan cheese

Recipe Instructions

Dredge the veal in flour. Heat butter in a saute pan. Add the veal, cook 2 minutes, turn, add beans and tomatoes, salt, pepper and rosemary. Cook 2 minutes, add wine, let reduce 1 to 2 minutes.

Transfer to serving plate, top with cheese.
