Olive Garden's Scallopine Romana Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Veal scaloppini |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | White wine |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Chopped fresh rosemary |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tomatoes - diced (medium) |
Salt - to taste | ||
8 oz | 227g | Blanched green beans |
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
2 oz | 56g | Shaved Parmesan cheese |
Dredge the veal in flour. Heat butter in a saute pan. Add the veal, cook 2 minutes, turn, add beans and tomatoes, salt, pepper and rosemary. Cook 2 minutes, add wine, let reduce 1 to 2 minutes.
Transfer to serving plate, top with cheese.
