Macaroni Grill's Pasta Milano Recipe - Cooking Index
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Roasted garlic |
1 cup | 237ml | Sliced mushrooms |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sun-dried tomatoes |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chopped fresh parsley |
2 oz | 56g | Chicken stock |
3 oz | 85g | Cooked pulled chicken |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Alfredo sauce |
4 oz | 113g | Cooked bow tie pasta - (abt 2 cups) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Freshly-grated Parmesan cheese |
Fresh basil - for garnish | ||
Diced fresh tomato - for garnish |
Heat a 10-inch saute pan. Add olive oil, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, stock, chicken, and garlic. Add Alfredo sauce, bow tie pasta and toss.
Put in large pasta bowl, garnish with parsley, Parmesan cheese, fresh tomato and fresh basil.
