Boston Market's Meat Loaf Recipe - Cooking Index
Meat Mixture | ||
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Lean ground chuck |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Minced oinions |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic salt |
3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Drained diced tomatoes |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Plain bread crumbs |
1 | Egg | |
Topping | ||
3/4 cup | 177ml | Tomato sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
Mix all ingredients together in first list untill well blended. Place in a lightly greased bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 hour.
Remove from oven and drain excess grease from pan. Mix tomato sauce and sugar together and pour over the meatloaf and place back in the oven to finish baking until done, about 1/2 hour, depending on the oven.
