Red Lobster's Dijon Crusted Snapper

Recipe Ingredients

4   Snapper fillets - (8 oz ea)
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozCracker crumbs or bread crumbs
3 tablespoons 45mlDijon mustard
1 tablespoon 15mlMelted butter
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlChopped fresh parsley

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a shallow dish, mix together all ingredients except for fish. Place fish in a greased baking dish. Spread crust evenly over the top of fish and press lightly.

Place 1/4 inch of water in the bottom of the pan. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
