Turkey Mushroom Quiche Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Baked 9" pie shell | |
| 3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Chopped cooked turkey |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Canned sliced mushrooms - drained well |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Grated Cheddar cheese |
| 2 | Green onions - thinly sliced | |
| 4 | Eggs - slightly beaten | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
| 1 | Cayenne pepper | |
| 1 | Freshly-grated nutmeg | |
| 1 | Salt |
Arrange turkey in a baked pie shell. Top with mushrooms, cheese, and onions.
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
Serve with a tossed salad and buttermilk biscuits, if desired.
