Egg substitute to equal 4 eggs | ||
4 | French bread - cut into cubes | |
1 cup | 237ml | Nonfat or lowfat milk |
1 | Sliced mushroom | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Diced smoked turkey breast |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded low-fat cheddar cheese |
4 | Green onions - sliced |
Beat egg substitute, milk and dry mustard together.
In a well-greased 2-quart casserole, layer half the bread cubes, half the mushrooms, turkey, onion and cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Pour egg mixture over all. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 25 minutes.
