Skinny Strata

Recipe Ingredients

  Egg substitute to equal 4 eggs
4   French bread - cut into cubes
1 cup 237mlNonfat or lowfat milk
1   Sliced mushroom
1 teaspoon 5mlDry mustard
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozDiced smoked turkey breast
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozShredded low-fat cheddar cheese
4   Green onions - sliced

Recipe Instructions

Beat egg substitute, milk and dry mustard together.

In a well-greased 2-quart casserole, layer half the bread cubes, half the mushrooms, turkey, onion and cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Pour egg mixture over all. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Bake in a 325 degree oven for 25 minutes.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
