Apple Sausage

Recipe Ingredients

1		Brown and serve sausages - cut into chunks
1		Cooking apple - cored, and (large) cut into large chunks
2 tablespoons	30ml	Butter
1 tablespoon	15ml	Lemon juice

Recipe Instructions

In a medium frying pan, brown sausages and apple in butter. Stir in brown sugar and lemon juice. Heat and serve with eggs, pancakes or waffles.

Hints

Variations: Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon with brown sugar and lemon juice.
