1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil |
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Pork tenderloin - cut 1/8" strips |
2 | Pork-flavored ramen noodles - (3 oz ea) | |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Water |
1 cup | 237ml | Red bell pepper - cut 3/4" pieces (medium) |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Broccoli flowerets |
4 cups | 250g / 8.8oz | Green onions - cut 1" pieces (medium) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh parsley - if desired |

1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
Heat 12-inch skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add oil; rotate skillet to coat side.
Add pork; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.
Gently break apart noodles. Stir noodles, seasonings from flavor packets and remaining ingredients into pork. Heat to boiling. Boil 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are completely softened.
This recipe yields 4 servings (about 1 cup each).
