Ten-Minute Pork Skillet

Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon 15mlVegetable oil
3/4 lb 340g / 11ozPork tenderloin - cut 1/8" strips
2   Pork-flavored ramen noodles - (3 oz ea)
1 1/2 cups 355mlWater
1 cup 237mlRed bell pepper - cut 3/4" pieces (medium)
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozBroccoli flowerets
4 cups 250g / 8.8ozGreen onions - cut 1" pieces (medium)
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped fresh parsley - if desired

1 tablespoon 15mlSoy sauce

Recipe Instructions

Heat 12-inch skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add oil; rotate skillet to coat side.

Add pork; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.

Gently break apart noodles. Stir noodles, seasonings from flavor packets and remaining ingredients into pork. Heat to boiling. Boil 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are completely softened.

This recipe yields 4 servings (about 1 cup each).
