Swanson Asian Grilled Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Swanson chicken broth - (14 oz) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Crushed red pepper |
4 | Boneless chicken breast halves |
Mix broth, soy, vinegar, sugar, garlic and red pepper in shallow nonmetallic dish. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade.
Grill or broil chicken 15 minutes or until done, turning and brushing often with marinade.
Heat remaining marinade to a boil and serve with chicken.
