Stove Top One-Dish Chicken Bake

Recipe Ingredients

1		Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken - - (6 oz)
1 1/2 cups	355ml	Hot water
1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	Butter or margarine - (1/2 stick) - cut up
4		Boneless skinless chicken breast halves - (abt 1 1/4 lbs)
1		Condensed cream of mushroom soup - - (10 3/4 oz)
1/3 cup	78ml	Breakstone's or Knudsen sour cream

Recipe Instructions

Mix contents of vegetable/seasoning packet, hot water and butter in large bowl until butter is melted. Stir in stuffing crumbs just to moisten. Let stand 5 minutes.

Place chicken in 12- by 8-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Top with stuffing.

Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
