Stove Top Easy Brunch Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Stove Top stuffing mix in the canister - any flavor |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Milk |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Bulk sausage - cooked, crumbled |
| 6 | Eggs | |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Kraft shredded Cheddar cheese |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Spoon into greased 13- by 9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
This recipe yields 8 servings.
Variation: Add 1 cup leftover chopped cooked potatoes to mixture. Continue as directed.
Great Substitutes: Substitute 1 1/2 cups cubed ham or 1 package (5.5 ounces) Louis Rich Carving Board ham, any variety, chopped, for cooked and crumbled sausage.
