| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Oil |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Lean boneless beef sirloin - cut into strips |
| 1 | Frozen mixed vegetables - (16 oz) - thawed | |
| 2 1/2 cups | 400g / 14oz | Hot cooked Minute brown rice |
Mix salad dressing mix, juice, soy sauce and oil until well blended.
Heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat and 1 tablespoon of the dressing mixture; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
Add vegetables and remaining dressing mixture; cook and stir until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve over rice.
