Simply Sensational Stir-Fry

Recipe Ingredients

1   Good Seasons zesty Italian salad dressing
  Mix
1/4 cup 59mlOrange juice
2 tablespoons 30mlSoy sauce
1/4 cup 59mlOil
1 lb 454g / 16ozLean boneless beef sirloin - cut into strips
1   Frozen mixed vegetables - (16 oz) - thawed
2 1/2 cups 400g / 14ozHot cooked Minute brown rice

Recipe Instructions

Mix salad dressing mix, juice, soy sauce and oil until well blended.

Heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat and 1 tablespoon of the dressing mixture; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until meat is cooked through.

Add vegetables and remaining dressing mixture; cook and stir until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve over rice.
