3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Chopped onion |
1 | Condensed Cheddar cheese soup - (11 oz) | |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Frozen mixed vegetables - if desired |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
2 cups | 474ml | Original Bisquick |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Water |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded Cheddar cheese - (4 oz) |
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Generously grease rectangular baking dish, 13 by 9 by 2 inches. Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in soup, vegetables and milk.
Stir Bisquick and water in baking dish until moistened; spread evenly. Spread beef mixture over batter. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 30 minutes.
This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
