1 | Condensed tomato soup - (10 3/4 oz) | |
1 | Chopped green chiles - (4 oz) - drained | |
1 | Taco seasoning mix - (1 1/4 oz) | |
3 | Tomatoes - chopped (3 cups) (medium) | |
2 cups | 474ml | Shredded Land O Lakes or |
Lake to Lake Cheddar cheese - (8 oz) | ||
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Crushed corn chips |
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 10-inch skillet cook ground beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until browned (5 to 8 minutes). Drain off fat.
Stir in rice, soup, chilies and taco seasoning mix. Spoon into 12- by 8-inch baking pan.
Top with tomatoes, cheese and corn chips. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
