Key West Marinated Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | McCormick Key West-style spice blends |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | White vinegar |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Boneless skinless chicken breasts |
In a shallow dish or plastic bag, combine first three ingredients.
Add chicken; turn to coat all sides. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Broil or grill 6 to 7 minutes per side over medium heat or until done.
