Impossibly Easy Ham 'n' Swiss Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Cubed fully-cooked ham |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded Swiss cheese - (4 oz) |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped green onions |
| = (or chopped onion) | ||
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Original Bisquick |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt - if desired |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | Tomato - sliced | |
| 1 | Green bell pepper - cut into rings |
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in pie plate.
Stir Bisquick, milk, salt, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with tomato and bell pepper.
