Glazed Chicken And Orange Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
Serve this simple fresh citrus salsa on grilled fish too.

2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sliced green onions |

Chicken | ||
6 | Boneless skinless chicken breasts - - (4 oz ea) | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Glaze | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Orange juice |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Land O Lakes butter |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cornstarch |
Stir together all salsa ingredients in small bowl. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Stir together all glaze ingredients in 1-quart saucepan. Cook glaze mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a full boil (5 to 7 minutes). Serve with chicken.
Place chicken on grill; brush with glaze. Grill, turning once and brushing with glaze, until chicken is no longer pink (12 to 15 minutes). Cook remaining glaze in 1-quart saucepan until mixture comes to a boil (5 to 7 minutes). Serve glaze with chicken and orange salsa.
