1 | Campbell's cream of chicken soup - - (10 3/4 oz) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Pace chunky salsa or picante sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Whole kernel corn |
3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Uncooked regular long-grain white rice |
4 | Boneless chicken breast halves | |
Paprika - to taste | ||
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Shredded Cheddar cheese |
Mix soup, salsa, water, corn and rice in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Cover.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with cheese.
