| 4 | Skinless chicken breasts | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Flour | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil | 
| 4 cups | 640g / 22oz | Cooked rice | 
| 1 | Franco-American chicken gravy - - (10 1/2 oz) | 
Coat chicken breasts with flour. Cook in skillet in oil 15 minutes or until done. Remove.
Stir in Chicken Gravy. Serve with 4 cups cooked rice.
