1 cup | 237ml | Pace enchilada sauce |
If desired, remove skin before baking. Place chicken in roasting pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour enchilada sauce over chicken. Bake 30 minutes, basting with sauce. Stir sauce and serve over chicken.
