Venetian Pizza Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Pizza crust - (12" dia) | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive or vegetable oil |
1 cup | 237ml | Pizza sauce - (8 oz) |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Shredded mozzarella cheese - (6 oz) |
1 | Dole Pineapple Tidbits - (8 oz) - drained | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sliced pepperoni |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red or green bell pepper slices |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped green onion |
Brush crust with oil. Spoon sauce over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pineapple, pepperoni, bell pepper and green onion.
Bake at 425 degrees, 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
This recipe yields 8 servings.
