Venetian Pizza

Recipe Ingredients

1   Pizza crust - (12" dia)
1 tablespoon 15mlOlive or vegetable oil
1 cup 237mlPizza sauce - (8 oz)
1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7ozShredded mozzarella cheese - (6 oz)
1   Dole Pineapple Tidbits - (8 oz) - drained
1/4 cup 59mlSliced pepperoni
2 tablespoons 30mlRed or green bell pepper slices
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped green onion

Recipe Instructions

Brush crust with oil. Spoon sauce over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pineapple, pepperoni, bell pepper and green onion.

Bake at 425 degrees, 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
