Turkey And Broccoli Pasta

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozGround turkey - see * Note
1   Betty Crocker Hamburger Helper Mix For
  Three Cheese
2 1/2 cups 592mlHot water
1 cup 237mlMilk
1 teaspoon 5mlDried oregano leaves
1   Frozen broccoli cuts - (10 oz)
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozShredded mozzarella cheese - (4 oz)

Recipe Instructions

* Note: Two cups cut-up cooked turkey can be used instead of the ground turkey; stir in with water.

Brown turkey in 10-inch skillet; drain.

Stir in Pasta, Sauce Mix, water, milk and oregano. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in broccoli. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; cook uncovered until melted.

This recipe yields 5 servings.
