Recipe Ingredients

3/4 lb 340g / 11ozVelveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread
2 tablespoons 30mlMilk
1   Whole kernel corn - (8 3/4 oz) - drained
1   Kidney - (8 oz) - drained
2 cups 474mlMostaccioli noodles - (8 oz) - cooked, drained
1   Chopped green chilies - (4 oz) - drained
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlChili powder
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozCorn chips

Recipe Instructions

Cube 1/2 pound Velveeta. Combine with milk in saucepan. Stir over low heat until Velveeta is melted. Add corn, beans, noodles, chilies and chili powder. Mix lightly. Spoon mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with chips and remaining Velveeta, sliced. Continue baking until Velveeta begins to melt.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
