Quick Chicken Marinara (Low Fat) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
2 | Boneless skinless chicken breast halves - cut into strips | |
1 | Yellow or green pepper - cut into strips | |
1 | Di Giorno Marinara Sauce - (15 oz) | |
1 | Di Giorno Spinach Fettuccine - (9 oz) - cooked, drained | |
Di Giorno Shredded Parmesan Cheese - (optional) |
Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and pepper; cook and stir 3 minutes.
Stir in sauce. Cook on medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over hot fettuccine. Top with Di Giorno Shredded Parmesan Cheese, if desired.
