1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Velveeta Light Pasteurized Process Cheese - cut up |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
2 cups | 474ml | Elbow macaroni - (8 oz) - cooked |
1 | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Stir Velveeta Light and milk in saucepan on low heat until smooth. Stir in macaroni and pepper. Spoon into 1-quart casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
