1 lb 454g / 16ozVelveeta Light Pasteurized Process Cheese - cut up
1/4 cup 59mlMilk
2 cups 474mlElbow macaroni - (8 oz) - cooked
1   Freshly-ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Stir Velveeta Light and milk in saucepan on low heat until smooth. Stir in macaroni and pepper. Spoon into 1-quart casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
