Lemon Broccoli Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index

4 | Boneless chicken breast halves | |
1 | Campbell's Cream of Broccoli or | |
98% Fat Free Cream of Broccoli Soup | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Cut 4 thin slices of lemon. Squeeze 2 teaspoons juice from remaining lemon.
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until brown.
Add soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
