1 | Box Birds Eye Frozen Creamed Spinach - (9 | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Hot pepper sauce - or to taste |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Grated cheddar cheese |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Cubed chicken |
Peel back plastic film on spinach package slightly to vent. Heat 4 minutes on HIGH setting in microwave.
Remove plastic film completely. Stir in 1/2 of the cheese and hot sauce. Heat 2 minutes on HIGH.
Top with chunks of chicken. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and cook 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
