Country-Style Turkey

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozBoneless skinless turkey or chicken - cut into strips
1 lb 454g / 16ozOnion - chopped (small)
2 tablespoons 30mlMargarine or butter
2 cups 474mlMilk
1   Birds Eye Mixed Vegetables - (10 oz)
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlPoultry seasoning
1 1/2 cups 240g / 8.5ozOriginal Minute Rice

Recipe Instructions

Cook and stir turkey and onion in hot margarine in large skillet until lightly browned. Add milk, vegetables, salt and poultry seasoning. Bring to full boil.

Stir in rice. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
