Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon 15mlOil
2 tablespoons 30mlFlour
1 lb 454g / 16ozBoneless skinless chicken breasts - cut 1/2" strips
1/2 cup 118mlMcCormick Flavor Medleys Lemon Pepper
  Saucy Seasoning Blend
1   Mandarin oranges - (11 oz) - undrained
  Hot cooked rice

Recipe Instructions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Toss chicken with flour. Saute chicken strips in single layer 3 minutes per side or until done.

Stir in Seasoning Blend and oranges. Heat 2 minutes or until sauce thickens. Serve over rice.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
