Chicken Mandarin Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Flour |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Boneless skinless chicken breasts - cut 1/2" strips |
1/2 cup | 118ml | McCormick Flavor Medleys Lemon Pepper |
Saucy Seasoning Blend | ||
1 | Mandarin oranges - (11 oz) - undrained | |
Hot cooked rice |
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Toss chicken with flour. Saute chicken strips in single layer 3 minutes per side or until done.
Stir in Seasoning Blend and oranges. Heat 2 minutes or until sauce thickens. Serve over rice.
