Cheese-Stuffed Shells In Marinara Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1   Buitoni Marinara Sauce - (15 oz)
14   Jumbo dried pasta shells - cooked, rinsed,
  And drained
2 cups 292g / 10ozShredded mozzarella cheese - (8 oz) - divided
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozRicotta cheese - (8 oz)
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozGrated Parmesan cheese - (2 oz)
1 cup 198g / 7ozEgg (large)
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFreshly-ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine 1 cup mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg and pepper in medium bowl. Stuff each shell evenly with cheese mixture; place in ungreased 11- by 7-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over shells.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
