Teri-Ific Pork Chops Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Kikkoman Lite Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared horseradish |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground cinnamon |
4 | Pork rib or loin pork chops, 3/4" thick |
Blend lite teriyaki marinade & sauce, horseradish and cinnamon; pour over chops in large plastic food storage bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat all pieces well. Refrigerate 2 hours, turning bag over occasionally.
Cook chops on grill 5 to 7 inches from medium-hot coals 10 to 12 minutes, or until slightly pink in center. (Or, broil chops 5 to 7 inches from heat source 8 to 10 minutes, or until slightly pink in center).
