1 | Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup - (10 3/4 oz) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar - (packed) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worchestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried thyme leaves - crushed |
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4" thick |
Mix soup, sugar, lemon juice, oil, Worchestershire, garlic powder and thyme in bowl.
Grill steak to desired doneness (15 minutes for medium), turning once and brushing often with soup mixture.
Heat remaining soup mixture to a boil and serve with steak.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
