1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Beef sirloin steak - cut thin strips |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parkay Margarine |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion |
1 | Mushrooms - (4 oz) - drained | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1 | Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese - (8 oz) - cubed | |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Milk |
Hot parsleyed noodles |
Brown steak in margarine in large skillet. Add onions, mushrooms and seasonings. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add cream cheese and milk. Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Serve over noodles.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
