Shrimp Stir-Fry

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozFresh shrimp - peeled, deveined
1/2 cup 118mlGolden Dipt Fat Free Honey Soy Marinade
1 cup 237mlFresh snow peas - trimmed
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozOnion - sliced (medium)
1/2 cup 118mlRed bell pepper (medium)

Recipe Instructions

Place shrimp and marinade in a self-closing plastic bag. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Add shrimp with marinade and saute 2 to 3 minutes. Add vegetables and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

This recipe yields 4 servings.

Suggested Side Dishes: Steamed rice and warm crusty rolls.
