Shrimp Stir-Fry Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Fresh shrimp - peeled, deveined |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Golden Dipt Fat Free Honey Soy Marinade |
1 cup | 237ml | Fresh snow peas - trimmed |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - sliced (medium) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Red bell pepper (medium) |
Place shrimp and marinade in a self-closing plastic bag. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Add shrimp with marinade and saute 2 to 3 minutes. Add vegetables and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
Suggested Side Dishes: Steamed rice and warm crusty rolls.
