1 teaspoon | 5ml | McCormick Thyme Leaves |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | McCormick Onion Powder |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | McCormick Ground Black Pepper |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Pork cutlets |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Olive oil |
Combine thyme, onion powder, and pepper. Sprinkle on both sides of pork cutlets.
Heat oil in nonstick skillet and pan-fry cutlets on both sides until thoroughly cooked.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
Variation: Combine seasonings as directed and use on turkey cutlets instead of pork cutlets.
