Salmon Cakes

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozFine dry bread crumbs
1   Celery stalk - very finely chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlMayonnaise
1 tablespoon 15mlMcCormick Parsley Flakes
2 teaspoons 10mlMcCormick Instant Minced Onion
1 teaspoon 5mlMcCormick Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
1 teaspoon 5mlBaking powder
1   Egg - beaten
1   Red or pink salmon - (16 oz) - drained, and
  Bones removed

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients except salmon in medium-size bowl and stir until well combined.

Add salmon and mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties.

Place patties on lightly greased broiler pan and broil, 8 inches from source of heat, 4 minutes on each side.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
