Salmon Cakes Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Fine dry bread crumbs |
1 | Celery stalk - very finely chopped | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | McCormick Parsley Flakes |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | McCormick Instant Minced Onion |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | McCormick Lemon & Pepper Seasoning |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking powder |
1 | Egg - beaten | |
1 | Red or pink salmon - (16 oz) - drained, and | |
Bones removed |
Place all ingredients except salmon in medium-size bowl and stir until well combined.
Add salmon and mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties.
Place patties on lightly greased broiler pan and broil, 8 inches from source of heat, 4 minutes on each side.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
