1 cup | 237ml | Orange juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
2 | McCormick Bay Leaves | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | McCormick Season-All Seasoned |
Salt - to taste | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | McCormick Ground Ginger |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | McCormick Ground Black Pepper |
Place 1/2 onion slice and 1/2 orange slice on each slice of pork. Arrange, slightly overlapping, in 13- by 9- by 2-inch glass baking dish.
Place remaining ingredients in small saucepan and stir to combine. Heat to boil. Remove and discard bay leaves and pour sauce over meat, coating each slice.
Bake in 325 degree oven 1 hour, basting with pan liquid 3 times during cooking.
Remove meat slices with onion and orange slices to heated platter. Spoon some of pan liquid over meat. Serve with remaining sauce in small dish or gravy boat on the side.
This recipe yields 12 servings, 2 slices meat each.
