Ginger Stir-Fry Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | McCormick ground ginger |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Lean pork or chicken strips |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
2 | Green onions - chopped, (optional) | |
1 | McCormick Pork Gravy Mix |
Combine Gravy mix, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger; set aside.
Brown pork in oil. Pour gravy mixture over strips. Add onions. Stir and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice, if desired.
