Ginger Stir-Fry

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlWater
1 tablespoon 15mlSoy sauce
2 teaspoons 10mlBrown sugar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlMcCormick ground ginger
1 lb 454g / 16ozLean pork or chicken strips
1 tablespoon 15mlOil
2   Green onions - chopped, (optional)
1   McCormick Pork Gravy Mix

Recipe Instructions

Combine Gravy mix, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger; set aside.

Brown pork in oil. Pour gravy mixture over strips. Add onions. Stir and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice, if desired.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
