1 | McCormick Fajitas Seasoning Mix - (1.12 oz) | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Sirloin steak - sliced thin strips |
(or sliced boneless skinless chicken breas | ||
Onion - sliced into strips | ||
Bell peppers - sliced into strips | ||

Shredded cheese |
Combine Seasoning Mix, water, vinegar and oil in self-closing plastic bag or glass bowl. Add steak or chicken to marinade; toss to coat. Let stand 15 minutes.
Remove meat from marinade; saute over medium-high heat 2 minutes. Add onion and bell pepper and saute 2 to 3 minutes or until meat is done.
Place meat and vegetables in center of warm tortillas. If desired, top with garnishes. Fold over sides of tortilla.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
