Angel Hair Pasta In Garlic Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 packet		Capellini (angel hair) pasta - (16 oz)
1/4 cup	59ml	Olive or vegetable oil
1/4 cup	36g / 1.3oz	Chopped fresh parsley
4		Garlic cloves - finely chopped
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
		Freshly-ground black pepper - to serve

Recipe Instructions

Cook pasta as directed on package. While pasta is cooking, heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook parsley and garlic in oil, stirring frequently, until garlic is golden.

Drain pasta; mix with garlic mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve with pepper.
