1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Gorgonzola cheese - shredded |
Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
3 1/2 cups | 829ml | Fresh spinach - - torn in bite-size |
1 | Nasturtiums |
Prepare pasta according to package directions; set aside.
Poach chicken breasts; remove meat and cube. Combine all ingredients except nasturtiums. Garnish with nasturtiums.
