Waffles With Frizzled Ham And Maple-Mustard Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
Add a salad and lemon meringue pie.

| By 1/4"-wide strips | ||
| 1 cup | 237ml | Whipping cream |
| 1/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Pure maple syrup |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Coarse-grained Dijon mustard |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Thinly-sliced green onions |
| 8 cups | 1896ml | Frozen toaster waffles - toasted (small) |

Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ham; saute until ham is heated through and ends are curled, about 5 minutes. Stir in cream, syrup, and mustard. Simmer until sauce is slightly thickened and coats ham, about 3 minutes. Stir in 1/3 cup onions.
Top toasted waffles with ham mixture. Sprinkle with remaining onions.
